Job summary

Lincoln Electric is seeking a SAP Warehouse Inventory Specialist in Mentor, OH. The role focuses on managing inventory transactions via SAP, using RF scanners, and ensuring accurate stock levels and labeling.

You will replenish stock, rotate inventories (FIFO), and participate in physical inventories while upholding safety and housekeeping standards. Training is provided for SAP/Outlook usage, with opportunities to support the RISE Strategy.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred; relevant material handling experience also considered.
• Strong safety mindset with excellent attendance.
• Team-oriented communicator with a service-first approach.
• Comfortable using SAP and Outlook (training provided as needed).
• Willing to cross-train and move within the department as business needs change.

Responsibilities

• Keep materials stored safely, neatly, and easy to access.
• Use RF scan guns or a computer to complete SAP inventory transactions.
• Execute proper stock replenishment and rotation (FIFO).
• Maintain clear, accurate part identification and location labeling.
• Participate in scheduled and ad-hoc physical inventories.
• Follow all warehouse safety rules and housekeeping practices.
• Take on additional duties aligned with the Company’s RISE Strategy.
