Job summary

Dole Food Company is seeking a detail-oriented Inventory Clerk to record and input data for the inventory control system, maintain accurate quantities, and resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced production environment.

The role requires following GMP and HACCP standards, coordinating with Logistics and Production, and ensuring daily SAP inventory is accurate and up-to-date. Prior experience with RF scanners and SAP is highly preferred.

Qualifications

• Must have full knowledge of inventory control systems.
• Must understand SAP inventory modules and RF scanner operation.
• Ability to comprehend written and oral English instructions.
• Ability to perform basic mathematics and maintain accuracy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Record and input data for the inventory control system.
• Maintain accurate inventory quantities and reconcile discrepancies.
• Monitor material usage in production and report variances.
• Coordinate with Logistics to ensure timely shipment of orders.
• Verify and keep daily inventory in SAP; ensure paperwork is neat and complete.
• Support labeling and proofreading for manufacturing materials.
