Qualifications

• 7+ years of SAP experience with IS-U specialization.
• Expertise in customer service business processes and ongoing improvements.
• Experience documenting business requirements and regulatory/compliance considerations.
• Subject matter expert for SAP FICA and collections, including dunning and receivables reporting.
• Ability to liaise between business and IT to translate needs into technical requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and in-depth research, analysis, and recommendations for Customer Service processes.
