Job summary

RSM US LLP is seeking a seasoned SAP ERP risk advisory professional to design and test automated controls, lead external audits, and mentor cross-functional teams. The role emphasizes strong client leadership, adherence to SOX and regulatory standards, and driving value in ERP implementations across SAP platforms.

Ideal candidates bring deep SAP process knowledge, 5+ years in audit/risk roles, and a willingness to travel to client sites.

Qualifications

• Deep understanding of business processes and controls in SAP (various versions).
• Minimum 5 years of SAP experience.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
• Minimum 5+ years in audit, internal audit, risk management or internal control roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject-matter expertise in designing and testing SAP automated application controls.
• Lead testing of SAP application control design and effectiveness; validate test scripts and review results.
• Act as SME for SAP application controls in external audits (e.g. financial, SOX, regulatory).
• Manage, mentor, and motivate multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality client solutions.
