Job summary

PwC is seeking a SAP Business Process & IT Controls Manager to lead client engagements focused on SAP compliance and security, strengthening controls and enabling secure SAP transformations. You will coach teams, review deliverables, and ensure quality, timing, and client expectations are met within PwC's Advisory practice.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions, with experience in auditing, advisory, and implementation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5+ years delivering SAP compliance, security, and governance solutions including auditing, advisory, and implementation engagements.

Responsibilities

• Lead SAP compliance and security workstreams integrated into transformation initiatives.
• Manage client service activities across SAP security, segregation of duties, role design, and provisioning controls.
• Direct remediation efforts for internal control gaps, compliance issues, and audit readiness needs.
• Review SAP GRC and related control processes to ensure regulatory and governance alignment.
• Coordinate automated controls across SAP S/4HANA, Fiori, HANA, BTP, and cloud environments.
• Develop and coach team members, manage work plans, timelines, and deliverables.
• Apply analytical thinking to identify process gaps, control risks, and remediation options.
• Advise clients on compliance technology, monitoring approaches, and risk management practices.
