Job description

TrainingFolks is seeking an experienced SAP S/4HANA Master Data Governance (MDG) Trainer to design and deliver hands‑on training for business users, functional consultants, and technical teams. The trainer will enable learners to govern, manage, validate, and replicate master data across enterprise landscapes using SAP S/4HANA and MDG.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver end‑user, power‑user, and administrator training for SAP MDG (Customer, Vendor, Material, Finance) and SAP S/4HANA data governance workflows.
• Tailor training to business users, data stewards, functional consultants, and technical teams.
• Teach and demonstrate MDG data models, BRF+ and rule framework, change request management, duplicate check & data validation, workflow and approval processes, MDG replication framework (DRF), and integration with ECC, S/4HANA, and external systems.
• Support user acceptance testing readiness, post‑go‑live hypercare and adoption, office hours, troubleshooting sessions, and performance coaching for data stewards.

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of SAP experience with 3+ years in SAP MDG.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP MDG configuration and customization.
• Deep understanding of data governance frameworks, workflow and data quality enforcement.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.

Technical Skills

• SAP MDG configuration, data replication framework (DRF), workflow configuration, data quality & validation frameworks, SAP Fiori for MDG.

Preferred Qualifications

• SAP MDG and SAP S/4HANA certification.
• Prior experience with SAP MDM / SAP Data Services and enterprise data governance programs.
• Experience working with manufacturing, retail, supply chain, or finance data models and global, multi‑location implementations.
