Job summary

C5MI is seeking an SAP TM Support Consultant responsible for post-go-live system support, troubleshooting, and maintenance of SAP Transportation Management (TM). You will monitor system performance, resolve issues, and manage configurations to enhance overall TM performance.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in a related field, has SAP TM certification or the ability to obtain one, and possesses strong analytical and organizational skills.

This position offers a competitive salary range of $75,000 to $100,000, along with comprehensive benefits including insurance coverage and a 401(k) plan.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of SAP TM experience.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance.
• Experience supporting Department of Defense environments is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide hypercare support for SAP TM after go-lives.
• Monitor system performance and resolve issues.
• Manage support tickets and ensure timely resolution.
