Job summary

Provide configuration for SAP Time Management, ensure accurate time evaluation, absence management, and payroll integration. This role emphasizes testing cycles, labor compliance, and cross-system data integration within IBM's consulting framework.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree required.
  • Strong knowledge of absence/attendance configuration.
  • Ability to configure PTO accrual and overtime rules.
  • Experience with payroll integration.
  • Strong analytical and debugging skills.
  • Knowledge of labor compliance across countries.
  • Proficiency in English at an advanced level (B2+ or C1) mandatory.

Responsibilities

  • Provide configuration and support for SAP Time Management, ensuring accurate time evaluation, absence management, and integration with payroll.
  • Configure time schemas, PCRs, and time evaluation rules.
  • Support absence and attendance configuration (leave quotas, accruals, validations)
  • Troubleshoot time-related issues impacting payroll

In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting FutureNow Centers, where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.

Your role and responsibilities

Provide configuration and support for SAP Time Management, ensuring accurate time evaluation, absence management, and integration with payroll.

Required education

Bachelor's Degree

Required technical and professional expertise

- Strong knowledge of absence/attendance configuration

- Proven experience to configure complex PTO accrual rules, overtime rules

- Experience with payroll integration

- Strong analytical and debugging skills

- Knowledge of labor compliance across countries

Proficiency in English at an advanced level (B2+ or C1) is mandatory and non‑negotiable for this role.
Preferred technical and professional experience

- Experience with EC Time or hybrid models
