We are looking for an experienced SAP Test Lead with a strong background in the manufacturing domain, particularly in the process industry.

The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of testing experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.

This position requires excellent stakeholder management, communication skills, and expertise in test planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage testing activities for SAP and web-based applications.
• Collaborate with project managers, business users, and developers to ensure quality deliverables.
• Develop and execute test plans, estimates, schedules, and progress tracking.
• Monitor testing progress and manage defect lifecycle effectively.
• Guide and support a team of 3 to 5 testers.
• Ensure timely delivery of testing milestones and documentation.
• Provide regular updates to stakeholders and ensure alignment with project goals.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in software testing.
• At least 3 years of experience in a test lead role.
• Strong experience in stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in test planning, estimation, scheduling, and defect management.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience leading manual testing projects for SAP and web applications.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in the manufacturing domain, especially in the process industry.
• Familiarity with SAP ECC and/or SuccessFactors modules.
