Job description

Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP projects, covering functional, integration, regression, and performance testing.
2. Lead a team of SAP testers, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and reviewing test deliverables to ensure adherence to quality standards and project timelines.
3. Coordinate with project managers, business stakeholders, and IT teams to understand project requirements, scope, and objectives.
4. Design and implement testing strategies that align with project goals and business needs.
5. Identify and document defects, track issues through resolution, and ensure timely and effective communication of testing results and status updates.
6. Collaborate with functional leads and technical teams to troubleshoot issues, analyze root causes, and propose solutions for SAP system defects and performance bottlenecks.
7. Conduct risk assessments and mitigate testing risks throughout the project lifecycle.
8. Ensure compliance with testing best practices, methodologies, and standards.
9. Stay updated on SAP technologies, industry trends, and testing tools to continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

1. Total years of experience 8-10 similar activities. Added advantage SAP Digital & Entertainment.
2. Proven experience as an SAP Testing Lead or similar role, with hands-on experience in testing SAP modules and functionalities.
3. Strong understanding of SAP systems, including SAP ECC, SAP S/4HANA, SAP Fiori, etc.
4. Expertise in creating and executing test plans, test cases, and test scripts for SAP applications.
5. Experience with test management tools (e.g., Client ALM, JIRA, SAP Solution Manager).
6. Solid knowledge of testing methodologies, best practices, and industry standards.
7. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
8. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
9. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Certification in SAP (e.g., SAP Certified Application Associate) or Testing (e.g., ISTQB certification).
2. Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks for SAP (e.g., SAP CBTA, UFT, Selenium).
3. Experience in agile or DevOps environments.
4. Knowledge of SAP Cloud Platform and SAP integration technologies.
