Qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in IS/Business/Engineering.
5–8 years project management, with 3+ years SAP implementation/upgrade.
Experience owning test management and cutover for full SAP lifecycles.
Familiar with SAP modules and end-to-end business processes.
Experience using test management tools and cutover planning.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute testing strategies across SAP projects (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
Coordinate cross-functional teams to track test scripts and defects.
Manage end-to-end test cycles including planning, execution, and reporting.
Oversee defect lifecycle and prioritize issues with stakeholders.
Design and maintain cutover plans with go/no-go criteria.
Lead go-live war rooms and manage real-time issue triage.
Identify risks, data migration needs, and interface touchpoints.
Maintain timelines, RAID logs, and status reports for testing/cutover.
Ensure SOX/compliance for testing documentation and sign-offs.
Plan post-go-live hypercare and transition to steady-state.
Communicate testing progress and cutover readiness to leadership.
