Job summary

Belden Inc. is seeking a mid-level SAP Project Analyst to join our ERP transformation team, focusing on test management and cutover planning for SAP implementations. This role bridges technical teams, business stakeholders, and system integrators to deliver quality SAP solutions on time.

The ideal candidate has strong project management fundamentals and hands-on SAP program experience, with up to 25% travel and a hybrid/remote work model where feasible.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5–8 years of project management experience, 3+ years in SAP projects.
• Experience owning test management and cutover planning for full SAP cycles.
• Familiarity with SAP modules and SAP testing tools.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute test management strategies across SAP projects (unit, integration, regression, UAT).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure test scripts and defect resolution stay on schedule.
• Manage test cycles end-to-end, including planning, execution, and reporting to leadership.
• Oversee defect lifecycle and coordinate with teams to resolve issues efficiently.
• Design detailed cutover plans with sequencing, resources, rollback, and go/no-go criteria.
• Lead cutover war rooms during go-live events and communicate status to stakeholders.
• Identify risks and data migration touchpoints requiring validation with SAP leads.
• Maintain timelines, RAID logs, and status reports for testing/cutover workstreams.
• Ensure SOX/compliance for testing documentation and sign-offs.
