G-Tech is seeking a Business Cutover & Change Readiness Analyst to standardize SAP/Ariba procurement and lead the business readiness for go-live. You will partner with IT, Finance, MP&L, and Learning & Development to translate changes into practical actions for buyers and suppliers.

You will develop cutover plans, support CRPs, and create communications, training aids, and leadership materials. Strong collaboration across regions is essential.

Qualifications

• Three or more years of experience in supply chain, including hands-on experience as a buyer (production, program, commodity, or indirect).
• Experience in ERP or system implementation, change management, cutover, or business readiness.
• Ability to understand technical or system changes and explain what they mean for business users.
• Strong written communication skills and experience creating communications, training materials, and leadership presentations.
• Strong planning and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple deadlines in a fast-paced launch environment.
• Ability to work with global, cross-functional teams, including IT, Finance, and Learning & Development.
• Knowledge of AI and automation and how they can improve business processes and communications.

Responsabilités

• Plan the business side of cutover.
• Develop and maintain the business cutover plan, including tasks, owners, checkpoints, and contingency steps for buyers and supplier-facing teams.
• Participate in mock cutovers, dress rehearsals, and go-live activities, and track issues to resolution.
• Identify risks and business impacts early, and elevate them with clear recommendations.
• Create supply chain communications for cutover and launch events, including advisories, service interruption notices, FAQs, and what-to-expect guides.
• Plan communications by audience and timing, covering buyers, leaders, and suppliers across regions.
• Support training by helping to develop job aids, quick-reference guides, and sessions that match the cutover timeline.
• Support hypercare by tracking questions and issues, and turning trends into guidance and quick fixes.
• Build presentations and status updates for leadership on readiness, risks, adoption, and cutover progress.
• Develop readiness scorecards and metrics covering training, communications, and user confidence.
• Represent the business in governance, readiness reviews, and cross-functional forums.
• Support additional launch and change priorities as the program evolves.
