Job summary

EY is seeking an experienced SAP-focused leader to deliver complex engagements across S/4HANA implementations and SAP BTP solutions. You will manage client relationships, drive delivery quality, and oversee budgets in a globally connected practice.

The role requires strong communication skills, multi-stakeholder coordination, and a willingness to travel up to 60% to meet client needs. A bachelor’s degree is required, with a Master’s preferred.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred.
• Typically, no less than 5 - 7 years of relevant experience in S/4HANA implementations, migrations, and system integrations.
• Prior experience in a consulting or professional services environment.
• Strong hands-on experience with SAP BTP across development, integration, and analytics use cases.
• Working knowledge of SAP RISE operating model, including GROW and other hosting options.
• Proven experience leading technology teams and coordinating with vendors and partners to deliver enterprise-scale solutions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, client service and technical writing skills.
• A flexibility and willingness to travel to meet client needs; travel is estimated at 40-60%.

Responsibilities

• Lead engagement delivery and manage client relationships daily.
• Accountable for program/project management and engagement economics.
• Develop resource plans and budgets for the entire engagement.
