- Providing thought leadership and working closely with customer business teams
- Manages the manufacturing tower of programs in a manner that ensures customer satisfaction

- Establishes executive level and operational level client relationships; and understands their concerns, challenges, and goals
- Manages client expectations, provides updates to senior management, participates in steering committee meetings
- Anticipates issues and needs of the customer related to the solution design, build and addresses them proactively
Position Qualifications
- Minimum of 15+ years SAP-related Work Experience with some large business transformation projects
- 10+ years of experience combining work within a business function (Manufacturing, Quality, or Engineering) with business analysis or business process improvement activity required.
- SAP module expertise is MII, MM, WM, PP, PM, QM, and/or SCM and FICO
- Implementation exposure with ME, MII
- Integration experience with MES systems, warehouse management and transportation management system will be an added advantage
- Experience documenting business process, identifying GAPS, developing functional / technical specifications, and test plans
- Ability to work with global teams
- Willingness to travel
- Global S/4HANA implementation experience is a must
- Experience as SAP Solution Architect with at least one global template rollout project involving multiple countries and manufacturing client
- Experience of working in an off-shore / on-shore model
- Detailed knowledge of the SAP Activate methodology
- Extensive experience working for a Tier 1 or comparable systems integrator in SAP solutioning-focused leadership roles
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple stakeholder groups through the life-cycle of a project / program – i.e., client, consultant, 3rd party (SAP or another vendor)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills; and ability to communicate effectively with client business and IT leadership
- Proficiency developing high-level and detailed program and project level activity/task work plans, schedules, staffing plans, and work-effort estimates
- Proficiency in scope and scope change management, issue and risk management, and status reporting (executive level and team level)
