We are seeking an expert solution architect to help redesign application architecture for scalability and address current pain points. The Data Architect will participate in designing a high-performing Enterprise Data Warehouse, utilizing scalable methodologies and a modern, multi-platform architecture. The role involves process improvement initiatives and establishing best practice standards around Data Architecture, Metadata, Data Governance, and Master Data Management.

Requirements:

• 10+ years of experience in designing large-scale data warehouses, BI, and reporting applications.
• Collaborate across the organization to architect data-driven solutions that meet stakeholder needs.
• Translate business needs into feasible data-centric semantic layer designs for technical teams and developers.
• Prioritize and balance technical and business needs for the conceptual and logical data warehouse.
• Design physical data models.
• Architect and document 3NF integration layer of the data warehouse.
• Architect and document de-normalized dimensional presentation layer of the data warehouse.
• Enhance existing models to ensure compliance with best practices around master data management and layered architecture.
• Design, develop, document, and articulate the architecture of the enterprise data warehouse.
• Evaluate reusability of current solutions for additional analysis, maintaining data integrity and confidentiality.
• Participate in documenting database standards and procedures for reference architecture.
