Job summary

Rolls-Royce plc is seeking a Supply Chain Systems Project Manager to lead SAP-related SC system support, data integration, and supplier collaboration for the Aiken, SC site. The role entails coordinating onboarding, forecasting cash flow, and supporting new product launches.

The candidate will work with Expeditors Portal, Ariba, and EDI systems, ensuring data accuracy and timely issue resolution. Relocation assistance is available as applicable.

Qualifications

• Associate/Bachelor/Master in business or supply chain with relevant experience.
• Experience with SAP Business Network (Ariba) and EDI data exchanges preferred.
• PPAP knowledge or New Product Introduction experience is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Serve as SAP Key User for Supply Chain; provide first-level system support and coordinate IT resolutions.
• Act as key user for Expeditors Portal, SAP B Network (Ariba) and EDI to ensure data integration and supplier connectivity.
• Support supplier onboarding, electronic data exchange, and implementation projects with internal teams, suppliers and IT.
• Prepare monthly Net Working Capital (NWC) reports and cash flow forecasts; analyze variances and identify improvements.
• Coordinate supply chain activities for new product launches; monitor supplier readiness and milestones.
