Job summary

Accenture is seeking a seasoned SAP SuccessFactors transformation consultant to guide design and implementation, leveraging deep functional and technical knowledge. You will work with clients across industries to shape transformation programs, manage scope, and deliver integrated SAP SF solutions with strong stakeholder engagement.

The role requires extensive experience in SAP SF reporting, HR strategy, and integration projects, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting.
• 5+ years of SAP SuccessFactors reporting & analytics experience.
• 3+ years in HR strategy methods and SAP implementations.
• 3+ years in SAP Joule Agents.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (12 years) of work experience; if not, associate’s degree with 6 years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand client business needs and guide SAP SuccessFactors design and implementation.
• Define project scope and clear requirements for business and technology transformation.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development & implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for successful SAP implementations including integrations.
• Develop proofs of concept, estimates and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical support to clients during and after implementation.
• Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors trends and share knowledge with team and clients.
• Leverage domain expertise to enhance project outcomes and value.

• Work with clients to understand their business needs and requirements, and provide expert guidance on the design and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors solutions
• Identify project scope and define clear requirements to support business and technology transformation initiatives.
• Create detailed functional and technical specifications to guide development and implementation efforts
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver successful implementations of SAP SuccessFactors solutions, including integrations with other systems
• Develop and support proof of concepts, estimates, and conceptual designs to validate solutions.
• Provide technical expertise and support to clients during and after the implementation process
• Keep up to date with the latest trends and best practices in SAP SuccessFactors and related technologies, and proactively share knowledge with the team and clients
• Leverage deep functional, industry, or offering expertise to enhance project outcomes and deliver value

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

What You Need:

• Minimum 8 years of SAP transformation, technical advisory or consulting experience
• Minimum 5 years of experience with SAP SuccessFactors reporting and analytics
• Minimum 3 years of experience in HR Strategy methods and SAP Implementations
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SAP Joule Agents
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Bonus Points If:

• You have strong knowledge of SuccessFactors module integrations
• You have experience leading specific workstreams (Data Conversion, Testing, Functional/Technical Integrations)
• You’ve completed certification in multiple SuccessFactors modules
• Master proficiency in SAP SuccessFactors People Analytics.
• Advanced proficiency in Solution Architecture.

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
