Job summary

Accenture in the United States (Illinois, Chicago) seeks a Transformation Lead with deep SAP SuccessFactors experience to drive large, complex implementations for client organizations. You will lead workstreams, align stakeholders, and ensure successful outcomes across programs.

Travel to client sites is expected as part of delivering transformational engagements, with a focus on compensation and SF modules. Join a leading SAP partner driving digital transformation at scale.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 years of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 years as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation.
• Certification in multiple SuccessFactors areas.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in SF Compensation Strategy.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience; Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.
• Kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led; show clients how SAP can solve business problems.
• Lead and coordinate workstreams, interact with clients, and manage multiple teams.
• Drive profitability and ensure service quality across projects.
• Coordinate with technical, reports, conversion, change management, and project management workstreams to deliver integrated solutions.
• Record requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions.

You Are:

A transformation maven with the skills to help clients meet the challenges of digitization. Your superpower? Using your know-how to solve clients’ most complex business problems to help their companies do more. You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

The Work:

• Manage the delivery of large, complex technology projects using appropriate frameworks and collaborating with sponsors to manage scope and risk.

• Use your business smarts to kick-start transformation programs, whether domain- or platform-led

• Show clients how they can use SAP to solve their business problems

• Work in a team where you wear lots of hats – interacting with clients, managing workstreams, collaborating with other teams – and where you may need to be in charge

• Run the workstream and/or project activities you’ve been given

• Drive profitability and continued success by managing service quality

• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more

• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs

• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions

• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements

Here’s what you need:

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience

• Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation experience

• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources

• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation

• Certification in multiple SuccessFactors areas

• Minimum 3 year of experience in SF Compensation Strategy

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

Compensation at Accenture varies depending on a wide array of factors, which may include but are not limited to the specific office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
