The opportunity

We are seeking a proactive SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager to join our dynamic SuccessFactors team. This role focuses on a comprehensive, business-centered approach that includes strategy, customer value, user experience, processes, and operational impacts, beyond just technology implementation.

You will be responsible for identifying and defining user/customer requirements, developing user interfaces (UI) across platforms including mobile, web, and tablets, and engaging in coding, programming, and creating specifications to meet business needs.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Manage and deliver processes, solutions, and projects with a focus on quality and risk management.
• Lead workshops for requirement gathering and SAP Employee Central Payroll solution design.
• Coordinate with offshore teams and clients to resolve payroll issues, ensuring compliance and timely processing.
• Implement payroll runs and address data issues for accurate financial postings.

Skills And Attributes For Success

• Strong technical and business skills, including stakeholder management and communication.
• Experience with SAP SuccessFactors, SAP Employee Central Payroll, and integration with SF ECP.
• Proficiency in Agile methodologies and application development tools.

To qualify for the role, you must have

• A bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full implementations.
• Expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll configuration, design, and data replication.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.

Ideally, you’ll also have

• Prior consulting or functional process experience.
• Leadership experience in managing teams and projects.
