Join EY as a SAP SuccessFactors Payroll Manager in our Consulting division. We are seeking a proactive professional to lead our SuccessFactors team and deliver innovative solutions to our clients.

About the Role

This position involves managing the implementation and configuration of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll, engaging with clients to understand their needs, and leading workshops for requirement gathering and solution design. You will oversee project delivery, manage risks, and coordinate with offshore teams to ensure seamless payroll operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP SuccessFactors Payroll solutions.
• Manage project plans, RAID logs, and client relationships.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and offshore teams to resolve payroll issues.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accurate payroll processing.
• Guide and mentor team members, ensuring quality and risk management.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (4-year).
• Over 8 years of SAP SuccessFactors experience, including 3-4 full end-to-end implementations.
• Deep technical expertise in SAP Employee Central Payroll.
• Experience with SAP Payroll and SuccessFactors ECP, especially in unionized environments.
• SuccessFactors Employee Central Payroll Certification.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Preferred Attributes

• Prior consulting or functional process experience.
• Leadership experience in managing teams.
