Job summary

Remote Jobs is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to join a higher education implementation team. You will design, develop, and maintain integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and campus systems such as SIS, financial systems, and HRIS platforms.

The role requires strong technical expertise in integration tools (SAP CPI, Dell Boomi or similar middleware), APIs, web services, and data transformation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing integrations between SAP SuccessFactors and enterprise systems.
• Strong understanding of APIs, web services, and data transformation.
• Familiarity with batch and real-time integration patterns and data integrity/security requirements.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain SAP SuccessFactors integrations with SIS, HRIS, payroll, and LMS systems.
• Collaborate with functional consultants, architects, and university stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow.
• Troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide ongoing support throughout the project lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Integration Specialist to join our higher education implementation project team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining integrations between SAP SuccessFactors modules and existing campus systems including:

• student information systems (SIS)
• financial systems
• HRIS platforms.

This role requires strong technical expertise in integration tools such as SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI), Dell Boomi, or similar middleware platforms, along with experience in APIs, web services, and data transformation.

The successful candidate will collaborate closely with functional consultants, technical architects, and university stakeholders to ensure seamless data flow across HR, payroll, talent management, and learning management systems while maintaining data integrity and security standards specific to higher education requirements. Strong understanding of SuccessFactors data models, Employee Central, and experience with batch/real-time integration patterns is essential, along with the ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and provide ongoing support throughout the implementation lifecycle.
