Job summary

Accenture is seeking a Transformation leader with deep SAP SuccessFactors experience to drive large, complex SAP projects from discovery through delivery. You will lead multi-disciplinary teams, align client expectations, and navigate on- and off-shore resources across transformations.

Travel to client sites is expected as needed. You will bring at least 5 years in SuccessFactors implementations, demonstrated compensation expertise, and strong program leadership to deliver optimal business

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of SuccessFactors implementation or transformation experience.
• Minimum 3 year of SuccessFactors Compensation experience.
• Minimum 3 year of experience as a Project, Large Workstream, or Client Lead on a large transformational project with on- and off-shore resources.
• Certification in SuccessFactors Compensation
• Certification in multiple SuccessFactors areas
• Minimum 3 year of experience in SF Compensation Strategy
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience (If an, Associate’s Degree with 6 years of work experience)

• Interact with all workstreams – technical, reports, conversion, change management, project management and more
• Tweak current methods, tools and procedures to create solutions that meet clients’ needs
• Check business requirements to find configuration solutions
• Keep a record of requirements, solutions and impacts, alternatives and final decisions

You’re as comfortable working in teams and leading projects as you are diving into the details of workstreams and configuring SAP solutions. And you’re up for traveling regularly to client sites.

Travel may be required for this role. The amount of travel will vary from 0 to 100% depending on business need and client requirements.
