We are currently seeking a talented and experienced SAP SF Data Migration Specialist to join our team and drive the successful migration of SAP S/4 from SAP ECC.

As the SAP SF Data Migration Specialist, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of data solutions within our SAP SF environment. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity, accuracy, and usability to support business processes and decision-making.

Responsibilities:
  1. SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Implementation: Drive the design and execution of SAP HCM and SF solutions, focusing on OM, PA, Time (Negative), Payroll (India & Singapore), PMS, and SuccessFactors Employee Central.
  2. Manage the end-to-end implementation and support of SAP HCM and SuccessFactors Employee Central modules.
  3. Business Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and translate them into SAP and SuccessFactors solutions. Perform 'AS IS' and 'TO BE' gap analysis to provide optimized solutions for implementation projects.
  4. Data Migration and Configuration: Develop and execute data migration strategies in Employee Central and other SAP HCM modules. Configure and customize SAP HCM and SuccessFactors solutions according to business requirements.
  5. Support and Issue Resolution: Provide support for ongoing operations by resolving issues in OM, PA, and payroll-related interfaces such as Merlin, Erimatch, and IDOCs. Ensure SOX compliance by managing monthly, quarterly, and annual control checks and implementing new SOX controls within SAP HRMS.
  6. Testing, Documentation, and End-User Training: Lead testing and validation of implemented solutions to ensure high quality. Prepare and maintain project documentation, including configuration guides and training materials. Conduct end-user training sessions to ensure a smooth transition to new systems and processes.
Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.

Experience:

5+ years as an SAP HCM & SuccessFactors Functional Consultant.
