Baer is looking for SAP Sr. EAM/PM/EHSM Consultant for a 12+ month project located in Atlanta, GA

Title: SAP Sr. EAM/PM/EHSM Consultant

Location: Hybrid – Atlanta, GA

Duration: 12 months

Rate: Hourly Plus Expenses Reimbursed

Alignment: W2

Description:

• Lead teams and manage client accounts, ensuring project success and maintaining elevated standards.

• Manage and optimize SAP Enterprise Asset Management (EAM) solutions, focusing on asset lifecycle management, maintenance planning, and compliance.

Requirements:

• 6 years of experience in SAP EAM/PM/EHSM or related fields.
• In-depth expertise in SAP application solutions and SAP EAM, particularly in SAP PM (Plant Maintenance).
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA Asset Management, SAP Asset Manager, or SAP Predictive Asset Insights.
• Strong knowledge of SAP EAM, PM, and integration with MM, PS, and IoT-based asset tracking.
• Experience in supporting preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies using SAP EAM.
• Proficiency in efficient scheduling, work order management, and resource allocation for maintenance teams.
• Familiarity with SAP Fiori apps for asset management.
• Experience in providing solution strategy and Application Evolution Services delivery.
• Ability to develop scalable and resilient SAP Solution Strategies.
• Proven experience in developing market-differentiated SAP solutions and assisting clients with SAP application packaged solutions.
• Strong communication and leadership skills, with the ability to lead global teams and develop strategic visions.
• Demonstrated thought leadership both internally and externally within the SAP EAM space.
• SAP Certification in SAP Enterprise Asset Management.
• Bachelor's Degree.
