Job summary

Jobtailor is seeking an SAP Source-to-Pay specialist to support end-to-end procurement processes and the rollout of SAP S/4HANA across the enterprise. You will collaborate with global business and IT teams to align to a common template, design solutions, and drive testing and cutover activities.

You will own documentation, lead small projects, gather requirements, and coach stakeholders through change management.

Qualifications

• Solid experience with SAP Source-to-Pay processes across purchasing, sourcing, supplier management and finance integration.
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts, including testing and hypercare.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with data-driven decision making.
• Business process modeling and ability to optimize platform-related processes.
• Change management and training experience with adoption measurement.
• Documentation ownership with version control and audit readiness.
• Project coordination of small projects or workstreams with timely delivery.

Responsibilities

• Supports the end-to-end procurement lifecycle in SAP, including sourcing, purchasing, supplier management, and integration to finance, while ensuring standardized and compliant processes across the enterprise.
• Works closely with global business and IT teams to support the design, testing, and rollout of SAP S/4HANA Source-to-Pay capabilities aligned to a global template.
• Executes functional testing, resolves defects, supports master data and supplier processes, and assists with cutover and hypercare activities during go-lives.
• Places strong emphasis on enabling consistent procurement processes while supporting regional adoption and change management during a global SAP rollout.

Requirements

• Working knowledge of SAP Source to Pay processes, including purchasing, sourcing, supplier management, contracts, and integration points with finance and inventory
• Experience supporting SAP S/4HANA global implementations or rollouts, including functional testing, defect resolution, and hypercare support across sites
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills: Analyze complex problems and recommend solutions. Use data to support decisions; Advanced problem-solving skills to address complex system issues.
• Business Process Modeling: Design and optimize business processes; Use modeling tools to support solution design; Ability to identify inefficiencies in platform-related processes and recommending improvements.
• Change Management & Training: Lead training and change initiatives; Develop materials and measure adoption; Experience in managing change requests and implementing system changes.
• Documentation & Traceability: Own documentation for projects; Ensure version control and audit readiness.
• Project Coordination & Execution: Lead small projects or workstreams; Ensure timely delivery and attention to detail.
