Job summary

Jobtailor in Morrisville, NC seeks an experienced SAP Business Design consultant to lead global design sessions, map processes, and ensure solutions meet multi-country requirements.

You will re-engineer processes, prepare design documentation and functional specifications, support data cleansing, testing, user training, and go-live activities while maintaining standards and reporting to IS management.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Participate in and conduct Business Design sessions ensuring global business needs are incorporated.
• Perform process re-engineering exercises to conform to business best practices.
• Prepare business design documentation of processes, workflows, and procedures.
• Resolve business issues resulting from design sessions.
• Prepare functional specifications for development objects.
• Prepare software configuration recommendations and requirements for assigned business processes.
• Ensure multi-country requirements support localization and statutory requirements.
• Communicate with management to ensure configuration meets project requirements and scope.
• Understand environment infrastructure and opportunities to keep designs and deliverables economically feasible.
• Participate in system integration testing.
• Perform data cleansing and validation for data migrations.
• Assist with preparation of user training materials.
• Ensure company standards and methodologies are followed.
• Provide end-user support during go-live.
• Assist with production support issues and provide secondary support.
• Provide end-user support for assigned applications.
• Provide timely status reports to management.

• Ensure company standards and methodologies are followed


• Provide end-user support during go-live


• Assist with production support issues and provide secondary support


• Provide end-user support for assigned applications


• Provide timely status reports to IS management

Requirements
