Job description

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect with a strong background in the Life Sciences industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and optimizing SAP solutions to meet the specific needs of our clients in the Life Sciences sector. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure that SAP systems align with business processes and industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Solution Design: Develop comprehensive SAP solutions tailored to the Life Sciences industry, including but not limited to areas such as compliance, manufacturing, supply chain, and clinical trials.
  • Implementation: Lead the end-to-end implementation of SAP solutions, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and client requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Engage with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solution designs.
  • System Integration: Oversee the integration of SAP systems with other enterprise applications and data sources to ensure seamless operations.
  • Optimization: Continuously assess and enhance SAP systems to improve performance, efficiency, and compliance with industry regulations.
  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation for solution designs, technical specifications, and implementation plans.
  • Support and Training: Provide guidance and support to end-users, including training and troubleshooting as needed.

Required Skills:

  • Experience: Minimum of [X] years of experience as an SAP Solution Architect, with a strong focus on the Life Sciences industry.
  • Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of SAP modules relevant to Life Sciences, such as SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, and SAP Ariba.
  • Industry Knowledge: In-depth understanding of industry-specific regulations, standards, and best practices, including FDA, GMP, and other compliance requirements.
  • Project Management: Proven ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Life Sciences, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
