Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on SAP Solution Architect specializing in Sales and Distribution (SD) and Service Management (SM) to join our dynamic SAP COE team. The ideal candidate must have a proven track record of successfully mapping and integrating Salesforce with backend SAP, having completed no fewer than two full integration projects. In this critical role, you will drive technology strategy, solution design, and seamless integration between SAP and non-SAP systems, ensuring optimal business processes. Reporting to the Sr. Solution Architect – Order to Cash, you will collaborate with key stakeholders to architect and implement SAP SD and SM solutions across Sales, Distribution, Service Management, Logistics, and Invoicing. A key requirement to be successful in this role is extensive hands-on experience with SAP-Salesforce integration.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and manage service management processes
• Conduct requirements analysis and deliver robust solutions
• Work with business on As-Is processes and solution the To-Be processes
• Design solutions for handling service processes
• Develop functional specification documents for developers to build integration programs
• Configure and optimize solution quotes, subscription orders, service orders, service contracts, service billing plans, service confirmations, and warranty management modules
• Integrate service management function with Salesforce
• Implement project phases and provide post-go-live support
• Collaborate with key stakeholders and deliver training sessions

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum ten years of SAP implementation on SD/SM experience for large global enterprises
• Proven track record in the manufacturing industry
• Extensive experience in design and developing integrations with third-party or other ERP systems
• Need very detailed level skills in configuring item categories, pricing procedures, billing plans, revenue recognition
• High degree of working experience in configuring service order processing
• Knowledge of ABAP is considered an asset in this position

• This position anticipates up to 20% of domestic and international travel.
