Job summary

Accenture in California is seeking an experienced SAP Senior Advisor to lead ECC-to-S/4HANA upgrades and migrations. You will architect solutions, guide clients through transformation journeys, and collaborate with account teams and vendors to deliver modern SAP environments.

You will influence both sales and delivery, engage in migration planning, and drive architecture decisions. Travel may be required, and the compensation for California ranges from $132,500 to $338,300 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years’ advisory experience with ECC to S/4HANA upgrades.
• Experience leading 2+ ECC to S/4HANA upgrade programs.
• Experience planning upgrade/transformation journeys.
• Minimum 1 year with SAP RISE and related technologies.
• Minimum 2 years managing sales opportunities with client and account teams.
• 2+ years with SAP hyperscaler (Azure, AWS, GCP) and remediation/clean core.
• Experience supporting CMT Industry/clients.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent (12 years) work experience.

Responsibilities

• Represents the Smart()field Team and is accountable to the Smart()field Pursuit Lead.
• Storytelling collateral, quarterbacking pursuits, cross-tower SME coordination.
• Contributes to overall migration plan from technical/architecture end.
• Leads high-level and low-level architecture design.
• Leads technical/architectural challenges and troubleshooting.
• Partners with client and vendors on architecture topics.
• Drives migration/conversion meetings/workshops with client.
• Coordinate with account leadership and QA/Director; travel may be required.
• Coordinate internally with different towers and other vendors/partners.
