Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP data management specialist with deep expertise in System Landscape Optimization (SLO) tools and methodologies. You will architect and execute complex landscape transformations, including mergers and carve-outs, using DMLT, SNP Backbone, and SLT, guiding clients through high-stakes programs.

You will lead end-to-end data migration across SAP ERP and S/4HANA, configure SLT, map data objects, assess risks, and plan cutovers.

Qualifications

Minimum 5 years of SAP experience with at least 3 years in SAP SLO tools (DMLT, SNP Backbone, SLT)
Minimum 2 full end-to-end SAP landscape transformation or data migration implementations (merger, carve-out, or harmonization)
Minimum 3 years of SAP S/4HANA data migration concepts (LTMC/LTMOM) and related tooling

Responsibilities

Design and execute SAP SLO-based transformation programs (mergers, divestitures, carve-outs) using DMLT, SNP Backbone, SLT
Lead end-to-end data migration planning and execution across SAP ERP and S/4HANA
Configure and operate SLT for real-time data replication
Collaborate with functional/technical teams to define migration objects and data mappings
Perform system analysis, data profiling, and gap assessments to identify risks
Support cutover planning, rehearsals, and go-live activities
Advise on SAP SLO best practices, tool selection, and phased migration approaches
