Job summary

Accenture is seeking an SAP data management specialist with deep expertise in System Landscape Optimization (SLO) tools to architect and lead complex transformation programs. You will drive mergers, carve-outs, and data migrations using DMLT, SNP Transformation Backbone, and SLT, guiding client stakeholders with clear roadmaps.

The role requires 5+ years in SAP, at least 3 years in SLO tools, and hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA migrations.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of SAP experience with focus on SAP SLO tools
• 2 full end-to-end SAP landscape transformation or data migration implementations
• 3+ years of SAP S/4HANA data migration concepts (LTMC/LTMOM)

Responsibilities

• Design and execute SAP SLO-based landscapes including mergers/divestitures/carve-outs
• Lead end-to-end data migration planning and execution across SAP ERP and S/4HANA
• Configure and operate SLT for real-time replication
• Collaborate to define migration objects, rules, and data mappings
• Perform data profiling and risk assessments for transformations
• Support cutover planning, rehearsals, and go-live activities
• Advise clients on SAP SLO best practices and migration approaches
