Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking a senior HRIS consultant to own end-to-end SF implementations and lead client workshops. You will drive solution architecture decisions, mentor junior consultants, and ensure timely delivery while maintaining quality standards across projects.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 7–10 years of HRIS experience with at least 5 end-to-end implementations.
• Strong leadership, client management and communication skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and guide cross-functional teams.
• Demonstrated people management and team development capability.

Responsabilidades

• Owns end-to-end SF implementation projects from initiation to go-live and support.
• Designs cross-module integrations and workflow configurations.
• Serves as primary consultant for senior client stakeholders and milestone sign-offs.
• Mentors junior consultants and supports HRIS certification journeys.
