Rolling Arrays - Consulting is seeking a Senior HRIS Consultant to lead end-to-end delivery of HRIS modules, guiding complex client engagements and mentoring junior team members. You will drive solution design, configuration, and risk management across multi-module HRIS implementations.

Responsibilities include leading requirements workshops, managing client relationships, overseeing SIT/UAT, and sharing knowledge to uplift the project team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognized institution.
• 4–7 years of HRIS experience with at least 3 full-cycle implementations.
• Deep expertise in HRIS modules (Core HR, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Payroll).
• Strong communication, leadership, and client management skills.
• Certifications: Workday Core HCM Certification (required).

Responsabilités

• Lead requirements workshops and design functional HRIS solutions for complex scenarios. Configure HRIS modules ensuring adherence to best practices and optimization.
• Manage day-to-day client relationships and act as a trusted advisor. Proactively identify and resolve project risks and client concerns.
• Oversee SIT and UAT cycles and ensure quality signoffs on deliverables. Review junior team members’ configuration for accuracy and completeness.
• Guide and mentor Associate and Junior Consultants on the project. Document and share module best practices and lessons learned.
