The SAP & ServiceNow AI Automation Intern position is a project-based internship where the intern will specific deliverables. The project is aimed at transforming our IT support operations by integrating cutting-edge artificial intelligence and chatbot features into the SAP support process. Operating at the intersection of SAP, ServiceNow, Compucom, and Veolia.chat you will analyze helpdesk data, optimize conversational chatbot workflows, and build high-impact self-service options and put structure to the process for continuous improvement. Your primary mission is to leverage AI tools to deflect repetitive or how-to tickets, empowering users and improving overall support efficiency.

Compensation: $20 - $24 USD
