Job summary

Ethereum Technologies LLC in the United States seeks an experienced SAP specialist to implement and support SAP Service Management modules, integrate FI/CO, SD/MM/PP, SCM, GTS, BI, and provide day-to-day user support.

The role requires strong requirements gathering, documenting business processes, testing, and deploying SAP and non-SAP solutions, with emphasis on collaboration and problem-solving in a team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience implementing and supporting SAP.
• Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) and integrating FI/CO, SD/MM/PP, SCM, GTS and Reporting/Analytics (BI).
• Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Gather, organize and document business user requirements for SAP and non-SAP systems.
• Design, build, test and deploy SAP solutions per specification.
• Provide day-to-day user system support and issue resolution.

Job description

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests
• Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specification
