Job summary

ETHEREUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced SAP SuccessFactors LMS administrator to design, implement, and support complex LMS processes for client environments. Responsibilities include LMS administration, succession management, and integration work with SuccessFactors modules.

The role focuses on ensuring reliable LMS operations, accurate reporting, and delivering client-oriented solutions within an enterprise SAP SuccessFactors ecosystem.

Qualifications

• Certification in SuccessFactors Learning Management System and Succession Management.
• Experience designing, implementing and supporting complex business processes in an SAP SuccessFactors LMS environment.
• Expertise in LMS reporting and exposure to PRD reporting.

Responsibilities

• Performing all aspects of SuccessFactors LMS administration and Succession Management.
• Experience in integration with SuccessFactors module.
• Handling the efficient and effective operation of the LMS to meet client needs.
