Job summary

QUANTUM TECHNOLOGIES LLC is seeking an experienced SAP professional to lead service management configurations and integrations. The candidate will support ongoing SAP SM deployments and collaborate with Finance, Logistics, and BI teams to ensure seamless ERP performance.

Required are 5+ years of hands-on SAP experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to document requirements and deliver end-to-end SAP solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP.
• Experience configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and integrating with FI/CO/SD/MM/PP/SCM.
• Strong interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills.
• Able to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy SAP and non-SAP solutions.

Responsibilities

• Implement and support SAP Service Management configurations across modules.
• GATHER requirements, design, build, test and deploy SAP solutions as specified.
• Provide day-to-day user support and issue resolution for SAP systems.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth integration with ERP components.

Job description

• Industry background and strong functional understanding of Repair Depot and Service Center Processes, Service Orders, Repair Orders, Warranty/Warranty Claims, and Service Contracts
• Have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience in implementing and supporting SAP
• Have experience in configuring SAP Service Management (SM) modules and its integration with rest of the SAP components such as Finance (FI), Controlling (CO), Logistics (SD/MM/PP), Supply Chain (SCM), trade compliance (GTS) and Reporting/Analytics (BI)
• Have good interpersonal, listening, verbal and written communication skills
• Works well within a team while possessing a strong independent work ethic
• SAP ECC 6.0 and S/4HANA experience is a plus
• Ability to support day-to-day user system support issues and service requests
• Ability to gather, organize and document business user requirements and design, build, test and deploy supporting SAP and non-SAP systems and solutions according to specification
