Job summary

Enzo Tech Group is seeking a Vice President of SAP to lead strategy, transformation and performance of a complex SAP landscape in the United States. This executive will own the SAP roadmap, including S/4HANA transformation, delivery, governance and supplier management.

The role requires strategic leadership with the ability to drive execution across multi-site operations, reporting to the CIO/CTO. Strong experience in regulated industries and executive stakeholder management is essential.

Qualifications

• Proven responsibility for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Experience leading SAP in aerospace, defence, manufacturing or regulated industries.
• Strong knowledge of SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement.
• Experience managing large internal teams, contractors and global system integrators.
• Executive-level responsibility for programme budgets and governance.
• Knowledge of SAP architecture, data, integrations, security and controls.

Reporting to: Chief Information Officer / Chief Technology Officer

Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Vice President of SAP to lead the strategy, transformation and performance of a complex enterprise SAP landscape.

This executive will own the organisation’s SAP roadmap, including SAP S/4HANA transformation, application delivery, operational support, governance and supplier management. They will work closely with executive leadership to ensure SAP supports business growth, manufacturing performance, supply-chain resilience and regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will combine strategic leadership with the ability to drive execution across complex, multi-site operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Define and deliver the enterprise SAP strategy and transformation roadmap.
• Lead SAP S/4HANA implementation, migration and modernisation programmes.
• Maintain executive ownership of programme scope, budgets, timelines, risks and outcomes.
• Build and lead an internal SAP Centre of Excellence.
• Manage SAP employees, contractors, systems integrators and offshore delivery partners.
• Develop the organisation’s SAP talent, workforce and succession strategy.
• Lead data migration, testing, cutover, deployment and post-go-live stabilisation.
• Manage relationships with SAP and other strategic technology suppliers.

Leadership Scope

The Vice President of SAP will lead a multidisciplinary organisation that may include:

• SAP Directors and Programme Directors
• Enterprise and Solution Architects
• SAP Functional and Technical Managers
• Finance, Supply Chain and Manufacturing Workstream Leads
• Data, Integration and Security Teams
• Change, Training and Business Readiness Teams
• Project Managers, Contractors and Systems Integrators

Required Experience

• Proven responsibility for a large-scale SAP S/4HANA transformation.
• Experience leading SAP within aerospace, defence, manufacturing or another highly regulated industry.
• Strong understanding of SAP Finance, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Procurement processes.
• Experience managing large internal teams, contractors and global systems integrators.
• Executive-level responsibility for programme budgets, governance and delivery.
• Strong knowledge of SAP architecture, data, integrations, security and controls.

Preferred Experience

• Experience establishing or developing an SAP Centre of Excellence.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, RISE with SAP, SAP BTP and cloud integration.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, PLM and manufacturing systems.
• Familiarity with aerospace and defence compliance requirements.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, carve-outs or ERP consolidations.
• Previous ownership of SAP supplier selection and contract negotiations.
• Eligibility to obtain a US security clearance where required.
