Job summary

RTX is seeking a Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) to support a large SAP program onsite in McKinney, TX. The role focuses on industrial security compliance across multiple SAP sites and collaboration with program leadership.

The ideal candidate has DoD SAP security experience, ICD 705 and JSIG/RMF familiarity, and the ability to travel ~10–20% while ensuring rigorous security practices and incident response.

Qualifications

• University degree or equivalent experience and 5+ years prior relevant experience.
• Experience with NISPOM, DoDM 5205.07, DoD SAP Security Manuals.
• Subject Matter Expert on ICD 705 and related references.
• Experience with Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG) and related references.
• Experience with Cyber Security/Risk Management Framework (RMF).

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with DoD Manual 5205.07, 5220.22-M NISPOM, ICDs and related Industrial Security Guidance manuals.
• Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
• Maintain and implement security policies for new classified facility construction/renovations.
• Maintain and implement SOP, EAP, and OSPEC plan security policies and procedures.
• Participate in self-inspections and government compliance inspections and close CAPs.
• Investigate security incidents, write reports, and recommend corrective actions.
• Review AFTs for proper classification/declassification prior to release.
• Review CDRLs/SDRLs for proper marking/sanitization.
• Assist with SETA program development and implementation.
• Process all Security Program requests per policy.
• Manage ICP 705 related to SAP facility administration and accreditation packages.
