Job summary

Raytheon is seeking a Contractor Special Security Officer (CSSO) to develop, administer, and maintain a comprehensive security program for Special Programs. You will interface with management and government customers in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires TS/SCI clearance, DoD guidance familiarity, and experience with SAP facilities, OPSEC, SOPs, and program security documentation. Onsite work in McKinney, TX is expected.

Qualifications

• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
• Prior CPSO experience.
• Typically requires: a University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.

Responsibilities

• Understand and ensure compliance with DoD 5205.07, 5220.22-M NISPOM, ICDs and related guidance.
• Provide security guidance regarding program operations.
• Develop and implement security policies and SOPs for the program.
• Create, update and administer security education and awareness for the program.
• Conduct self-inspections and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in Government inspections and address findings.
• Manage personnel processing, visitor control and program investigations.
• Maintain relationships with internal and external customers across sites.
• Assist in presentation preparation for program status and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with government regulations and company policies.
• Manage SAP facility administration and ICD 705 requirements.
