Job summary

RTX BBN Technologies, Inc. in Arlington, VA is seeking an experienced Contractor SAP Security Officer (CSSO) / CPSO to support SAP/SCI programs.

You will develop and maintain security programs in line with DoD, IC, and customer requirements, while advising program leadership and government security representatives. Responsibilities include implementing PSGs/SCGs, coordinating inspections, and managing personnel security throughout the access lifecycle.

Qualifications

• University Degree required with years of security experience; advanced degree possible.
• Active Top Secret U.S. security clearance (transferable) required.
• 3+ years in SAP/SCI security operations or related fields preferred.
• Experience with DoDM 5205.07, ICD 705, and SAP/SCI security requirements.
• Experience coordinating with government security officers and inspections.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary/alternate CSSO/CPSO for SAP/SCI programs.
• Interpret and implement PSGs, SCGs, and DD Forms 254.
• Coordinate with PSO/Rs, GSSOs, SSOs and other government security reps.
• Prepare for and support inspections, self-inspections, and corrective actions.
• Manage personnel security requirements across the access lifecycle.
