Job Title: SAP Security Lead (Procurement)

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced SAP Security Lead (Procurement) to manage and oversee the design, implementation, and governance of SAP security solutions across the procurement landscape, specifically focusing on SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass. This role requires deep functional and technical knowledge of SAP security frameworks and procurement processes, ensuring compliance, access control, and risk mitigation across procurement platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, implementation, and support of SAP security roles and authorizations for Procurement modules, including SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• Work closely with functional and technical teams to define security roles, segregation of duties (SoD), and access controls.
• Develop and maintain user roles and authorization objects across procurement solutions, ensuring least-privilege access.
• Perform risk assessments and resolve SoD conflicts in line with compliance standards (e.g., SOX, GDPR).
• Support audits by providing access logs, role documentation, and user provisioning evidence.
• Define and implement governance processes for user access requests, provisioning, and de-provisioning.
• Monitor and manage access controls using tools such as SAP GRC Access Control or other IAM tools.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and project teams during procurement system rollouts, upgrades, or migrations.
• Stay updated on SAP security trends, vulnerabilities, and best practices in procurement security.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
• 7+ years of SAP Security experience, with at least 3+ years in a lead role.
• Proven experience implementing and managing security for SAP Ariba and SAP Fieldglass.
• Strong understanding of SAP procurement processes and how security impacts end-to-end business operations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP GRC Access Control (ARM, ARA, BRM, EAM).
• Familiarity with SAML, OAuth, and other authentication protocols for integrating cloud-based procurement solutions.
• Experience with audit processes and compliance standards (SOX, GDPR, ISO 27001).

Preferred Skills:

• SAP S/4HANA security experience.
• Exposure to other cloud solutions (SuccessFactors, Concur) is a plus.
• Certification in SAP Security or SAP Ariba/Fieldglass modules.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
