Job summary

Whitehall Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced SAP SD/LE/SCM Analyst to join a major retail/global consumer goods organization in the NYC area. The role covers pricing, delivery, shipping and billing within a broad SAP landscape.

You will work with Sales, Logistics and Finance to optimize SAP functionality, lead testing, and drive enhancements in upgrade programs. Relocation may be available; some flexibility for remote work depending on experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in SAP SD/LE/SCM functional roles.
• Strong experience in retail, consumer goods, logistics or distribution.
• Hands-on SAP SD/LE configuration: pricing, delivery, shipping, billing.
• End-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle understanding required.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs and SAP integrations.
• Ability to lead design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, configuration and solution design across SAP SD/LE/SCM.
• Support core processes: pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, shipping and returns.
• Gather business requirements and translate into SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across order-to-cash and logistics processes.
• Support SAP integrations with external systems (EDI, carriers, 3PL, etc.).
• Lead functional testing including integration testing and UAT.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance teams.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP functionality and processes.

The Opportunity

Whitehall Resources are working with a leading international retail and consumer goods organisation to recruit an experienced SAP SD / LE / SCM Analyst.

This is an opportunity to join a well-established global business with operations across more than 100 countries and a portfolio of internationally recognised consumer brands.

The successful candidate will provide functional expertise across SAP Sales & Distribution (SD), Logistics Execution (LE) and Supply Chain Management (SCM), supporting business operations, delivering system improvements and contributing to wider SAP projects.

The position is based in the suburbs of New York City. Relocation assistance may be available for the right candidate, with potential remote-working flexibility depending on experience and suitability.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide functional support, configuration and solution design across SAP SD, LE and SCM.
• Support core processes including pricing, order management, delivery processing, billing, shipping and returns.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into effective SAP solutions.
• Troubleshoot complex issues across order-to-cash and logistics processes.
• Support SAP integrations with external systems, including EDI, carriers, warehouses and third-party logistics providers.
• Lead functional testing, including integration testing and UAT.
• Work closely with Sales, Customer Service, Logistics, Warehouse and Finance stakeholders.
• Identify opportunities to improve SAP functionality and business processes.
• Support SAP enhancements, upgrades and wider transformation initiatives.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of SAP SD / LE / SCM functional experience.
• Strong retail industry experience, ideally within consumer goods, logistics or distribution.
• Hands-on SAP SD / LE configuration experience, including pricing, delivery processing, shipping and billing.
• Strong understanding of the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle.
• Experience with IDocs, EDI, APIs and SAP integrations.
• Ability to lead functional design, configuration, testing and deployment activities.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Desirable Experience

• SAP S/4HANA and Fiori.
• Carrier, warehouse and 3PL integrations.
• SAP EWM/WM, TM, MM and FI/CO.
• SAP certification in SD, LE or SCM.
