Job summary

Whitehall Resources Ltd. is seeking an experienced SAP MM/WM/SCM Analyst to own regional SAP warehouse and supply chain processes.

You’ll provide hands-on technical and functional support across SAP MM, WM and SCM, working closely with warehouse teams to resolve complex operational challenges and improve systems and processes. The role requires 5+ years of SAP MM/WM/SCM experience, hands-on SAP S/4HANA or ECC, and a strong ability to troubleshoot and train end-users.

Qualifications

• 5+ years SAP MM/WM/SCM experience.
• Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM/WM configuration and its relationship with warehouse operations.
• Practical experience in a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience supporting business users and technical teams.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations (IDocs, RFCs).
• Ability to troubleshoot independently and drive system improvements.
• Experience documenting business processes and SOPs.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Good Excel skills for reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional technical process owner for SAP MM/WM/SCM activities and projects.
• Support and optimise warehouse operations including inbound, outbound and inventory management.
• Provide hands-on support, training and troubleshooting with warehouse super-users.
• Maintain and support SAP material master data.
• Monitor and resolve SAP integration issues involving IDocs and RFCs.
• Support third-party shipping solutions and warehouse automation systems.
• Collaborate with global IT teams and external vendors on improvements.
• Support SAP configuration, testing, enhancements and release activities.
• Manage SAP outputs, PPF processing, labels and forms using Adobe Lifecycle.
• Assist with warehouse printers and label systems to minimise disruption.
• Develop process documentation, SOPs and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and overall supply chain performance.

The Opportunity

Whitehall Resources are working with a leading international retail and consumer goods organisation to recruit an experienced SAP MM / WM / SCM Analyst.

This is an excellent opportunity to join an established global business, supporting and developing its warehouse, logistics and supply chain operations across a busy, high-volume environment.

The successful candidate will take ownership of regional SAP warehouse and supply chain processes, providing hands‑on technical and functional support across SAP Materials Management (MM), Warehouse Management (WM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM).

This role will suit someone who enjoys working directly with warehouse teams, solving complex operational challenges and improving systems, integrations and processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary regional technical process owner for SAP MM / WM / SCM activities and projects.
• Support and optimise warehouse operations, including inbound, outbound and inventory management processes.
• Work directly with warehouse super‑users, providing hands‑on support, training and troubleshooting.
• Maintain and support SAP material master data.
• Monitor and resolve SAP integration issues involving IDocs and RFCs.
• Support third‑party shipping solutions, carrier label generation and warehouse automation systems, including conveyor, put‑to‑light and Kardex technology.
• Work with global IT teams and external vendors to support system improvements and process adaptations.
• Support SAP configuration, testing, enhancements and release activities.
• Manage SAP outputs, PPF processing, labels and forms using Adobe Lifecycle.
• Support warehouse printers and label systems, resolving technical issues to minimise operational disruption.
• Develop process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs) and training materials.
• Identify opportunities to improve warehouse efficiency and overall supply chain performance.

Required Experience

• 5+ years of SAP MM / WM / SCM experience.
• Hands‑on experience with SAP S/4HANA or ECC.
• Strong understanding of SAP MM / WM configuration and its relationship with warehouse operations.
• Practical experience working directly within a warehouse, logistics or supply chain environment.
• Experience supporting business users, super‑users and operational teams.
• Knowledge of SAP integrations, particularly IDocs and RFCs.
• Ability to independently troubleshoot issues, manage system processes and take ownership of new technologies.
• Experience documenting business processes, SOPs and future system improvements.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Good Excel skills, including reporting and analysing operational data.

Desirable Experience

• Previous experience within a US retail, e‑commerce or consumer goods organisation.
• Experience with third‑party shipping platforms such as KEP, FreightPop, Echo, ShipERP or Paccurate.
• SAP Stock Management or decentralised SAP EWM experience.
• Exposure to Seeberger and/or SAP Integration Suite.
• Experience delivering end‑to‑end SAP implementations.
• Experience working within a global SAP environment.
• Background in high‑volume warehouse and logistics operations.
• Hands‑on warehouse experience.
• Spanish language skills.
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
