Job summary

Yinlun TDI LLC is seeking an Application Engineer (SD/CRM) to support SAP SD, CRM, EDI, and related order-fulfillment processes across North American operations. The role includes Level 1/2 support, troubleshooting, and working with WMS/MES/SRM/CRM integrations within a SAP S/4HANA environment.

The position offers on-site work in Houston, with growth toward a Level 3 functional owner role, increased responsibility for configurations, specifications, and system design decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Industrial Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or related field.
• Equivalent practical ERP support experience in manufacturing may be considered.
• 2+ years supporting an ERP system in live production with ticket ownership.
• Knowledge of SAP S/4HANA or ECC at transaction level in at least one functional area.
• Experience in manufacturing with exposure to production, warehouse, or quality ops.
• Automotive Tier 1/2 experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary application support contact for SAP SD, CRM, EDI, and order-fulfillment processes.
• Support Sales, Customer Service, Program Management, Shipping, and Logistics users.
• Own assigned tickets from intake through resolution or escalation.
• Document business impact, troubleshooting performed, and final resolution.
• Prioritize issues affecting releases, order processing, shipping, and invoicing.
• Participate in escalation and after-hours support during cutovers and major releases.
• Develop deep functional knowledge of SAP SD, CRM, EDI, pricing, scheduling agreements, and related integrations.
• Maintain configuration, process flows, interface documentation, and master-data requirements.
