Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience as a functional or business consultant specializing in SAP applications.
• Hands-on configuration and design in S/4HANA.

• Knowledge of SDLC and IT practices.
• Bilingual in Korean and English for HQ communication.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic guidance to define processes to meet customer requirements and document business processes.
• Coordinate with HQ to implement and optimize SAP Logistics processes for business needs.
• Support North American users; deliver training and documentation for SAP SD/EDI requirements.
• Monitor system issues and prepare detailed performance reports.
• Provide on-call troubleshooting and timely issue resolution.
