Job Summary

The SAP SD analyst is responsible for providing expertise in implementing, configuring, and maintaining SAP SD and LE modules to optimize the order-to-cash processes. The role involves understanding customer requirements, analyzing existing systems, and recommending solutions using SAP SD modules such as Order Management, Delivery, Billing, and Invoicing. The individual needs to collaborate with stakeholders to gather business requirements, design solutions, customize configurations, and conduct testing.

Essential Duties and Tasks

• Provide expertise on SAP SD and LE process setup.
• Read and debug ABAP codes.
• Work hands-on on SAP interfaces with CPI.
• Collaborate with the integration team to build and test SAP integration with third-party tools.
• Prepare Functional Specifications.
• Coordinate with ABAP development team for Technical Specifications.
• Prepare test data for unit and system integration testing.
• Execute test scripts for unit and system integration testing.
• Resolve defects within scope.
• Work on system issues through tickets and resolve within SLA.
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams.
• Work with Business and IT resources for clarifications to meet project deliverables.
• Lead cross-functional teams across SAP and non-SAP areas.
• Analyze project requirements and understand complex concepts.
• Be self-motivated and proactive.
• Show a strong desire to learn new technologies, tools, and processes.

Qualifications

• 5+ years supporting SAP systems, specifically SAP SD and LE modules.
• Expertise in SD setup and integration with third-party applications.
• Knowledge of S/4HANA, BRF+, SAP portal.
• Experience setting up logistics systems.
• Expertise in EDI/IDOC.
• Experience with eCommerce integration.
• Experience with International Trade Services in S/4.
• Hands-on experience with Pricing configuration.
• Experience working with BOP.
• Deep knowledge of Accelerate Returns and Availability Check configuration.
• Experience with Contracts and Intercompany processes.
• Strong knowledge of RICEF objects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to conduct workshops and engage with customers.
• Ability to design end-to-end solutions.
• Maintain discretion with confidential information.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
• Work may involve outdoor conditions during travel.
