Job summary

GeekSoft Consulting is seeking an experienced SAP SCM Architect to lead end-to-end S/4HANA Supply Chain transformations, spanning manufacturing, logistics, and integration with MES and 3PL systems.

The role demands strong leadership, governance, and stakeholder management across global programs, with hands-on design and execution across Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay processes.

Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong SCM background.
• Experience leading or architecting at least 2 large-scale SAP programs.
• Deep knowledge of Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Hands-on SAP EWM experience (Embedded/Decentralized).

Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP SCM architecture and solution design for large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define end-to-end supply chain processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide architectural leadership across Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, EWM, QM, PM/EAM, and related SAP modules.
• Design and integrate Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Support manufacturing environments including Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Process Industry.
• Lead integration between SAP S/4HANA and MES, shop-floor systems, 3PL platforms, and other supply chain applications.
• Evaluate current processes, identify gaps, and develop future-state SAP SCM solutions.
• Work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
• Provide guidance on SAP SCM best practices, solution governance, integration, and implementation strategy.
• Support design, testing, deployment, and stabilization activities throughout the transformation lifecycle.

We are seeking an experienced SAP SCM Architect to lead and drive large-scale SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong SAP SCM background, deep expertise across manufacturing and logistics processes, and experience designing integrated end-to-end supply chain solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the SAP SCM architecture and solution design for large-scale S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Define end-to-end supply chain processes and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Provide architectural leadership across Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, EWM, QM, PM/EAM, and related SAP modules.
• Design and integrate Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Support manufacturing environments including Make-to-Stock (MTS), Make-to-Order (MTO), and Process Industry.
• Lead integration between SAP S/4HANA and MES, shop-floor systems, 3PL platforms, and other supply chain applications.

Required Qualifications

• 12–15+ years of overall SAP experience with a strong SAP SCM background.
• Experience in SAP Manufacturing, Logistics Execution, or Plant Maintenance.
• Strong SAP S/4HANA Supply Chain transformation experience.
• Experience leading or architecting at least 2 large-scale SAP programs.
• Strong knowledge of MTS, MTO, and Process Industry manufacturing processes.
• Hands-on experience with SAP EWM, including Embedded and/or Decentralized EWM.
• Strong understanding of SAP QM and Plant Maintenance/EAM.
• Deep knowledge of Plan-to-Produce and Procure-to-Pay processes.
• Experience integrating SAP with MES, shop-floor systems, and 3PL solutions.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end supply chain integration and dependencies across SAP modules.
• Excellent leadership, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with global SAP S/4HANA transformation programs.
• Experience working in complex manufacturing or supply chain environments.
• SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus.
• Experience leading cross-functional SAP teams and managing senior business stakeholders.
