Job summary

Titan America LLC in Richmond, VA is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor to oversee warehouse operations, inventory management, and maintenance coordination. This role reports to the Maintenance Manager and requires strong leadership, SAP experience, and a focus on safety and efficiency.

The ideal candidate will have a college degree or equivalent experience in maintenance, warehouse, and inventory, plus at least five years of warehouse management experience in an industrial setting.

Qualifications

• College-degree preferred or equivalent experience in maintenance, warehouse, and inventory.
• Fleet maintenance knowledge required; basic maintenance understanding.
• Minimum five years in warehouse management, logistics, inventory control.
• Proficient with MS Office.
• Experience with Asset or Maintenance Management Software (e.g., SAP).
• Strong communication, continuous improvement mindset, customer focus.
• Clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Oversee receiving, storage, retrieval and issuance of equipment and parts.
• Maintain inventory history for fleet and plant repairs.
• Enter repair data into SAP with unit numbers, shop, system, symptoms, duration.
• Implement best practices for storage; inspect parts for weather/aging.
• Coordinate layout for safe, efficient storage.
• Conduct cycle counts and regular physical counts.
• Replenish inventory to MIN/MAX levels.
• Produce KPI reports and identify optimization opportunities.
• Supervise warehouse team daily activities.
• Maintain housekeeping and security of warehouse.
• Coordinate with other departments for paperwork.
• Assist staff with special projects.
• Review and file DOT vehicle inspection reports.
• Assist staff with maintenance cost reporting.
